Common Questions
How is a "market" defined?
A market is a country + language combination. For example, "United States - English" is one market, "Canada - English" is another, and "Canada - French" is a third. This allows precise tracking of regional competitive dynamics.
Can I add markets or competitors mid-contract?
Yes. Additional markets and competitors can be added at any time with prorated pricing. Contact your account manager to adjust your plan.
What payment terms do you accept?
Annual contracts with payment options: annual prepay (5% discount), quarterly, or monthly. Multi-year contracts available with additional discounts. We accept credit card, ACH, and wire transfer.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?
Yes. We offer 20% discounts for registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Contact sales for details.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification when approaching plan limits (90% utilization). You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. We never hard-stop your access—there's a 30-day grace period to adjust your plan.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day pilot program where we configure IQIEX with 2 of your markets and 3 competitors. You'll get access to sample outputs (content briefs, battlecards, competitive reports) to evaluate fit before committing to a contract.
